New Decision booklet not written for the ord postie

I don' class myself as unintelligent, but I struggled to come to grips with the pension decision booklet. It was not written for the working man. It stated that the lump sum for section B members was "effected", but failed to state how it was "effected". Does tt encompass our CDSB pension as well? All of the "postman/women" illustrations, for those not acting, had no allowances for those with them to make a judgement. Not much wiser after reading it several times. It also stated that pension rises had been decoupled from wages, well how and what is the effect? Does the section B or C illustrations include our CDSB pension as well?

Not easy to understand at all.
But then, that may be the intention.....

Me too. Can't wait until they make another decision in 2018 and lower our pensions yet again.
