Directors' Shares
I looked on the Stock Exchange website recently & there was a link at the bottom of the page regarding Directors' Bonus Shares. Unless I read it wrong, Ms Greene is set to receive about 65,000 FREE SHARES if "Targets are hit". If "Targets are exceeded" this figure goes above 90,000. ALL the Directors are to receive massive amounts of Bonus Shares. At today's price, that relates to £540,000!!! Not good when we find out some (if not all) offices have to reduce their weekly Man-Hours.

yeah ok,but we got 3% back dated till last april and a bonus at Christmas, oh, and some stamps.

Looking forward to our incentive scheme,hoping it will be of a more equitable structure than previous examples, in comparison, to those higher up the chain,the above sets a poor example,Moya and friends continuing to enjoy excessive reward for minimal input.
