hi i start tomorrow on my induction day just wondered if anyone could clear me something up, i am on a 22.5 hours contract and it says i get 4 week 2 and half days holiday but taken pro-rata, but i can purchase holidays upto the maximum, what does this mean is it a form of banked hours, otherwise looking forward to it. How many holidays would i be entitled to otherwise, not ready for holidays yet just finished 3 months gardening leave.
