just joined this site, im from maidstone sorting office, was on the picket line today.

eveyone in our ofice is fed up with the way we have been treated in the office with a lot of overtime being taken away and being replaced with hours un workable due to the rest time, being filled with casuals.

im fed up with standards dropping and managers cutting back on absalute everything they can think of,

i feel gorden brown and top management are are just focused on cutting cost and dont care what it takes.

we have casuals working 4 us we spend a lot of time correcting thier work.

we have had good response from the public

god help us with this management im sure they are up for a big bonus when this is all over..........
