Royal mail should be in the public sector, any discussion?

By selling off Royal Mail the government have given the go ahead to make the service a profit making concern. Like with the PFI hospitals which are the first step to privatising the NHS, there is a link between private and bad pay, conditions and service. Workers are put under more and more pressure to make profits for the company. Thoughts?
