Shop Shut

Let’s pretend we all work at tescos , we are all happily making up the online orders, getting ready to deliver all the stuff to the customers who have paid for the service and delivery etc.
Then the shop shuts for the rest of the day while the deliveries are going on.

Would there be 6 line managers left in the store on pay , playing with their computers , not getting any more orders or custom, drinking coffee, ringing home, smoking etc.

Would there also be 4 people in the safe room doing some office work, 2 people in other offices doing weighing and surveys and things, a dom support supporting his dom! , an under manager watching the doors for the last van?

****All while the shop is shut don’t forget.****

OK we need the manager there to answer the phone, 2 cleaners to clean the shop floor, and the 4 callers office staff.

But would any other company in 2013 waste all this money in back room staff while the shop is closed , while their customers are getting poor service outside, I don’t think so.
So why does royal mail waste so much cash , and mine is just 1 of 1000’s of sites.
As a shareholder I don’t like the way my money is being invested.
Any other shareholders agree? Either employees or private investors.

They get the money back off the lego handed managers,ideal to carry coffee cups.We have one office gimp who's sole job seems to be carrying managers coffee on a tray.He is a right idle git who enjoys telling them how we take the piss.

I have to agree, there is a huge ammount of wastage in RM, this is partly why I have max'd out on shares with the employee entitlement scheme and purchased more through a broker, I can see plenty of improvements can be made, and that will be good news for all the share holders.
