Trying to log into the pension site but I have no idea what the User number is. I have no other letters with the user number on it, just the password and any letters before that were just information about how the pension was changing etc
Is it something as simple as a payroll number or nation insurance number?
Or do I need to contact Zurich?

I'm not too sure from your post whether you're referring to the RM Defined Contribution Pension scheme or AVC's, but I pay AVC's through Zurich and my login needs an 8 digit number plus a password. Neither are my payroll number or my NI number, so it sounds like you may have to contact Zurich.
