ok so union have given another 7 days. what happens when an agreement isnt reached? i cant see anything being reached in 7 days. if it is to do with workload and working conditions then I cant see RM budging. especially as they have invested millions into this shambles called park and loop.
so what happens. cwu hand them more time again? how long are we going to go around in circles for?

With respects, what problems do you folks have in Mail Centres?

For example today, we had our last box come in a little late and unsequenced. Small things like that will cost some time for especially someone on a round they are not familiar with - moi! Add the rain and another heavy day of packets, signed for and managers refusing to accept that we have too much work therefore not paying overtime...

What is this rubbish about "the union bottling it" crap?
The union is trying to get the best deal for delivery period!
So let's think about it the union has already got concessions! It's trying to get more.
Delivery has always been the driving force when it comes to ballots so all previous ballots have been voted in by the delivery majority.
Let the union do its job!

totally irrellevent.... if we (deliveries) are the driving force in ballots..... all previous ballots voted in by delivery?? how many in delivery do you think voted for the thousand mile high pile of shyte that was called the ''deal of the century''?? how many delivery staff voted for UNLIMITED d2ds, and 4.45hrs deliveries. i know i and EVERYONE in our office didnt. yet it was voted in. how?? the roadshows?? brainwashing?? it was a deal struck by the union heirarchy and rm bosses. no change here either!!

Yes i work in a mc, i didnt always, i came off delys in the early 80s to care for my children and i needed shiftwork, i fully support the union and i want them to get us ALL the best deal.
i wont vote yes for an agreement that doesnt achieve this
