Boss said, "Just take wot u can, I'll get someone else to do wot u can't."
BAAAAAAAAAANNNNGGGG! ( Thats me, hitting the floor, fainting in shock! )
Suits me, still did 8 - 9 loops by myself, but just missed the rain.

The past 2 days has been mental, could'nt even fit it all in the office yesterday and it had to be stored outside. Hoping it will be quiet the rest of the week as it looks like they've pushed a lot of stuff through ahead of time.
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets
Illegitimi non carborundum

Madness again today. Hour and a half over again yesterday and an hour today. Even our DOM had to admit it's been a ridiculous week.

There's a couple of dodgy terraces on the duty I have been covering this week.
Two posties have been robbed in the past few years.
As I started at number 16, I could see a group of drinkers hanging about outside number 1. 9.30 in the morning, Buckfast in hand.....
One I recognised as a regular and he has never been any trouble so on I plod....
And then when I get to number 2 one of them turns round and throws up on my shoes.
Not even proper sick, but drunken retch.

Bulk delivery of Virgin "again", bulk delivery of electricity" important updates" oh and minimum of 6 households per duty. If I were sceptical I would have sworn RM were gunning for us after our "strike".

Bright sunny day. Mail wasn't too heavy and the packets even less.
