Last week was one of the worse weeks we have had in a long time,s**t weather, battered with polling material, battered with HDS and the thick f((cking managers trying to enforce lapsing...well weds i think there were over 100 loops brought back but on the plus side i did chuckle the following day when ive a manager walking around the same loops with weds mail looking like a lost sheep muhhhaaaahh.

Got two "thank you darling"s today.
It always makes me smile.

Busy day. It didn't help that I had to use a spare HCT and couldn't find the keys for 20 minutes. All thrown into a tupperware box and many were unlabelled. Of those that were some were not even the right keys. Wet all day.

Can see it being a Mega-Cutoff day today, seeing that the weather service suggets "Heavy Showers."
More work for me then?

Had a team talk and video about why we shouldn't be going on strike. Dom got an ear full. Rained on and off all day. Mail was ok, even the packets were light. Did a york of parcels in the afternoon and got caught up in the rush hour traffic. :cry

Remember years back on one of my old rounds I got a Jack Russell right under the chin as it charged towards me. It sommersaulted through the air and ran off in the other direction when it landed. ... never saw it again after that. :cuppa
