If you value it, you fight for it. The government never valued it, they never fought for it, we can't accept that because we know the value it brings to our customers.SW17 wrote:Would make a nice headline "Royal Mail workers start campaign to own their company and protect the 6 day delivery"
The government took our pension assets valued at around £27 billion, that looks good on their balance sheet, they will honour the pensions, that will cost £1 billion over the next five years. They will still have £26 billion. They just made £3 billion selling the shares.
They have side lined us, we must be complete fools if we carry on contributing to the Labour party. The government have dented a major revenue stream for the Labour Party. Cameron and the boys have played a blinder.
The Postman/women fight to protect what they see as a threat, I hope you raise this with more senior union reps if ever you are presented with an opportunity to do so. I did, they went silent.
Lead me to the battle field and I will show you how to fight.
I pray I and you can launch some kind of fight back.
