Yes he can - however I am a Moderator on here and as a Moderator I thought a gentle interjection would stop any further escalation. I've done it, it's actually quite a standard of cycling they put in place... sure is different from the typical get on your bike and ride to the shops, it seemed silly to me at first but after I completed it I could see why it was necessary for the job.
