No, 330,000,000/150,000 is £2,200.

NO you are wrong did you not read the prospectus?
Yes, and all I read is 10% of the shares will be given to employees as it says all over the myroyalmail site.

Can you post up the section you're referring to please?
You want me to read 445 pages for you? Maybe I could do half your walk? No wonder your OnAflyer do your own home work.
I was trying to be polite, but as your post was so patronising I'll be more direct.

You claim to have read all 445 pages of the prospectus and you're still wrong. The post below confirms I was right, I did my homework cheers.

Why dont we receive the shares at the price of 330p price they are been sold at? Surely the closing price at the end of trading will be much higher? Sounds like another con!
They are giving us 10% of the shares ie 100,160,000 to share between us. We still receive the same number of shares wether they are valued at 50p or £50

"Number of Ordinary Shares to be transferred by the Selling Shareholder to the trustee of the Royal Mail Share Incentive Plan(2)

100,160,000"
There you go.

Who cares I don't I am more interested in my job than the failed capitalist system which our government is still bailing out with the sale of OUR ROYAL MAIL.

By the time we can sell them they will not be worth much. The figures on the stock market are only on a computer screen and not physical cash if we all cashed them in the whole royal mail share scam would crash.

Everybody who applied Before floatation Got £750 of shares, Each received 227 shares.

Full time Post person were told they would receive £3000 worth of shares before floatation.

3000 / 750 = 4 ( 4 times the amount 227 ).

4 X 227 = 908 Shares which we should of received @ Flotation or After.

We will now only receive 725 when Settled in next tax year. (All on Pro Rata basis)

908 - 725 = 183 Shares short......... At Current (£5.50) our shares should be worth £5000 (908) not £3500 (725)

We should of been allocated before or at floatation not afterwards. I am sure our union will eventually pick up on this, I am Still waiting
and waiting and waiting. Any one else feel a bit cheated Yet again.

We still got 10% of the company between us, the price that they where allocated to us is pretty irrelevant (beyond it being high enough to cause us to get the free shares in two tranches). They didn't decide to give us £3k of shares and then decide the number based on the price at that time.
