ROYAL MAIL PRIVATISATION: SIGNIFICANT DATES
Further to LTB 665/13 issued on 4th October 2013 please see below a summary of significant dates over the next couple of weeks:-
Tuesday 8th October 2013 11.59 pm - latest time and date for receipt of completed applications of Intermediaries and Retail Offers
Wednesday 9th October 2013 2.30 pm - BIS Select Committee oral evidence session with Vince Cable MP Secretary of State, Wilson Room, Portcullis House.
Friday 11th October 2013 7.00 am - Announcement of the offer price and offer size.
Friday 11th October 2013 8.00 am - Commencement of conditional dealings in shares on the London Stock Exchange
Tuesday 15th October 2013 8.00 am - Commencement of unconditional dealings in shares on the London Stock Exchange. Share Account Statements in respect of shares held through the ‘Royal Mail Nominee Share Service' sent by email to Shareholders who submitted an online application
Wednesday 16th October 2013 - Backbench debate on Privatisation in the House of Commons (time to be confirmed)
Monday 21st October 2013 - Latest date for dispatch of Share Account Statements in respect of Shares held through the Royal Mail Nominee Share Service, other than those who are sent this by email.

It is not yet clear if the BIS Select Committee Oral session on Wednesday 9th October will be televised but go to the link above for further details.
