Today Frank casta his eye to the UK plans to privatise the Royal Mail, with a cameo appearance from Postman Pat.

The soon-to-be-privatised Royal Mail group has caused a stir, with many fearing that services will suffer as a result if profit becomes the focus.

The move is regarded as the most significant in the UK since John Major’s Conservative government sold the railways in the 1990s
