no, the DiM and DSM waddle around letting s**t happen - quote "We'll see about that" and trotting off to snitch re. some perceived slight while simple H&S ( footwear/hi-vis/packets across the dashboard in the yard eg.) gets ignored; ffs we ALL need to grow some and do the job we're paid to do, 'managers' included; If we could see we were being treated evenly and fairly by people that had half an idea of what it's like to Deliver (note to moya: 2 weeks a year on the floor for all non-uniformed grades) 'management would at least start to get some respect.. as it is B&H has become an 'accepted' management toolUnhappyGremlin wrote:The DOM isn't walking round in a fat/red suit, handing out presents, are they?heapsy wrote:Yes, very Christmasy in our office with the amount of packets and parcels.

Re: The "How was your day" thread.
mind you if 'managers' were paid for what they do... it'd be a 25/75 FT/PT split - but think of the savings.. Just a suggestion moyachooch wrote:no, the DiM and DSM waddle around letting s**t happen - quote "We'll see about that" and trotting off to snitch re. some perceived slight while simple H&S ( footwear/hi-vis/packets across the dashboard in the yard eg.) gets ignored; ffs we ALL need to grow some and do the job we're paid to do, 'managers' included; If we could see we were being treated evenly and fairly by people that had half an idea of what it's like to Deliver (note to moya: 2 weeks a year on the floor for all non-uniformed grades) 'management would at least start to get some respect.. as it is B&H has become an 'accepted' management toolUnhappyGremlin wrote:The DOM isn't walking round in a fat/red suit, handing out presents, are they?heapsy wrote:Yes, very Christmasy in our office with the amount of packets and parcels.
