I don't know about anybody else but I have been recommended worse deals than this in the past by the union.Any thoughts?

No idea.
What's the deal?
I've heard about the money but what terms exactly are they offering to protect?
What does the pension solution actually mean to members,how long is that solution proposed to last for?
Does it protect all pensions,Is there an uprating of the DC pension?
What is the strategy for growth?
Will their be outsourcing?
How will that affect members?
Is there still a no strike agreement?
Do we have an agreement to deal with lapsing or unachievable workload?
Have we made any progress on what constitutes a fair days pay?
Has the issue of revision payments been resolved?
Did I miss all that when I was having my tea?
What deal?
There is no f***ing deal! :cuppa

That's cause anything you get from it, will be taken back off you with interest in 5 year

And then some.

The deal, such as it was, wasn't complete, vast amounts of information was missing, what was there wasn't clear at all, and would have been open to interpretation by the company.
Too much of the grey areas. Needs to be in black and white, clearly defined.
And much improved.
