Applied but missed ONLINE TEST Deadline

Its really rare a great job comes about in my area (Buckie) and being 23 I need to get a move on!
I applied and added my email address for notifications as I was away for the weekend so I checked my application status today on the recruitment page and my application is unsuccessful.
I know I would do great on the online tests and become an excellent Post Man but the thing is there is no phone number or email to explain I didn't have access and to re take the online test and I cant re apply for the job at all anymore.
I'm really gutted about this and I'm hoping there is an email or phone number someone on this site knows of to help me out.

Did they actually send you the tests then or was your first application unsuccessful? I failed the tests once a couple of years ago and I had to apply right from the beginning again when another job in my area became available.

24 hours had passed since they sent the online tests t my account on their website.
Yeah I figured I would just have to wait for another job to come up.
