A non vote is a no vote

I know that everyone is calling for a massive yes vote but it is really important that we don't take anything for granted. Royal Mails propaganda machine will not be interested in a straightforward majority they will add to the no vote all those that did not vote, all the non members and all of the managers. They will then claim that it was a minority of Royal mail employees who have voted for industrial action. This is why a non vote will be construed as a no vote, we know we are screwed if we don't win this vote so lets get the message across how important it is to send in your ballot paper.
