Re: The "How was your day" thread.
Hi all, my day was going well until I received an email from HR saying that I did not get through the application process for a job in Hastings as I did not complete the online test. They did NOT send it to me. Anyone got any ideas, I tried accessing the vacancy again but it is no longer on the job site.
The job was right up my street (very big pun intended there) and I am disappointed. I have rechecked emails and deleted just in case I did that by accident.
Any of you got a contact address or phone number as I can't find one anywhere?
Thanks

absolutely heaving flats and packets ... left a full row of mail in my frame and I was still 45 minutes late
.... the area I left is still in my frame ... so it just means I will be leaving even more mail tomorrow

Slightly better than yesterday, but only just. Going through a revision and things are very badly organised.

It was a good morning for the union bashers at work.
Felt castrated most of the day.
A doorbell played Chattanooga choo choo which brought a smile to my face ....but then I felt castrated again.

Wanted: An outdoor job with an achievable workload, where management acknowledge how much can be achieved daily changes with the workload. Less stress would be nice too.

Saw a guy today using his jumper as a dog lead.

Don't be too disheartened Sharon, there will be more opportunities. Remain on the lookout, you'll be messed about again for sure, but keep at it.Sharon King wrote:Hi all, my day was going well until I received an email from HR saying that I did not get through the application process for a job in Hastings as I did not complete the online test. Walked into about 10 spiders webs!!!
I hate it! Esp when they go into your face, people watching must think what the hell is wrong with me ,when I get in a fluster and try and brush them off ,and panic 'wheres the bloody spider gone!?'
