That should have been sorted at your rep's weekly resourcing meeting.
That's what flexing up is all about. Having sufficient indoor hours to meet the workload.[/q Er.........reps weekly resource meeting? I don't think our office has a rep's yearly resource meeting!. Our rep's answer to everything is "it's in the agreement so we've got to do it"

Today was a big spider day.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Busy day, as you would expect this time of year. Things can only get better as they say.

Been to meet Moya today more managers than postmen, still told her that I will be voting yes on Friday.
Every thing she said was very conciliatory and to be fair put her points across well, though only got to ask 1 question due to amount of people in the room. Managers really are only nodding dogs afraid of their own shadows, not one asked a question. :silenced

Yes there is. Had to move everything and disconnect cables and unplug the power etc. Only off since Monday night but didn't half miss it.

Went in on my day off as they were in the s**t, getting my day back later in the week instead. Got landed with a walk I've never done post-revision and neither had my partner. (Walk holders' day off and lieu day, c/o RM Dept of Forward Planning)
One frame had been bundled and bagged up when I arrived, sadly he'd used the other frames' bags thinking it wouldn't make much difference. Things just got worse from there on in. Oh and it pissed down. Balls to changing days off in future.

Well today was just horrendous, really heavy doing a trolley job I've never done before. Didn't get out until late and I had to leave some packets behind as the trolley was rammed and they wouldn't fit in. Had to cut off as did a lot of people. I don't know how they expect people to finish in their time with that workload, it just isn't humanly possible unless you're out until it gets dark. A really s**t day.
