hi i worked as an postman in london south east, i am a very physically fit guy but found the postman job very difficult, i also felt the enviroment ie managers wer unhelpful and dull...they gave me no training and then chucked me outside with over 100kg letters and parcel to deliver within 5hour of my shift, it was impossible for me and the pressure lead me to resigning before getting the sack, please could you tell me if i wass getting bullied or something? how come you are enjoying posting for more than 12yrs and i couldnt last 2 days lol. would appreciate it if you could advise me as i have been lined up with another opportunity with royal mail. thanks

Hello alibole :Very Happy

postmanpat2013 - there's likely to be a big difference between being on deliveries in a rural area and being on deliveries in London (for population density reasons if nothing else)
