Another new post revision walk, another total balls up.

Atm everyone is going over and claiming the o/t. Quite how long it'll be before peeps get sick of finishing at tea time and start cutting off is anyone's guess. Planner is still on the premises but I haven't seen any alterations to walks yet, folk just seem to ignore the sequence and bundle it their own way. Fine for them but no help to their day off cover.

Not bad.

Got home to find even more propaganda waiting.
If RM keep this up, I'll end up carrying more mail to RTS to them than I deliver.
Wonder if I could take out a B&H case?

Long day Saturday with parcel delivery after my walk. Made even longer by having to wait for 2 lads to get back so I could use the van. Callers office was locked up and someone forgot I was driving.

Needs more than just the removal of the many sh!t managers Royal Mail employs.
It would need the complete banishment of unacceptable workloads.
We could have the nicest managers in the world, but unacceptable workloads would negate that.

Good morning all - back to work today after a very enjoyable break - this will be the longest and toughest stretch of delivery work coming up and lasting until my next holiday in March - my mind is ready for it but I'm not sure about the body !
