Re: The "How was your day" thread.
Worst day (not just a Saturday) for ages.
No packets, but all the catalogues. It's the first time our revised duties have had to deal with significant mail, and nearly all of them failed drastically.
Can't wait until Xmas!

Re: The "How was your day" thread.
Well our revision has been in place for 6 months. In didn't work so they shuffled somevstuff around and because it's been the 'summer lull' it has just about worked. Just. But obviously that's during the lightest time of year.
They are convinced they've got it right now, totally blowing off the fact that from here on it's going to get much much heavier.
Xmas will be the worst ever.

My post was delivered at 6.30 pm.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Had a office meeting at the gate this morning with the union rep so fingers crossed people will start to use trolleys and have breaks

We had one of those only last week. The meeting ended and then the idiots just carried on as before. Waste of time.kitkatchunky wrote:Had a office meeting at the gate this morning with the union rep so fingers crossed people will start to use trolleys and have breaks

Another walk new to me after the revision. Loops totally skewed. Walk holder of 2nd walk thinks the loops are perfect as they're skewed in his favour with the driver even getting one loop more than him. Needs a re-revision.

Run, rabbit run. Dig that hole, forget the sun.
And when at last the work is done. Don't sit down, it's time to dig another one
