Hi there
I just have been successful in the interview for the post postman with driving. By the way, i am a named driver on trade insurance of my mate which allow me to drive any car related to my friend's business, few days back, police stopped me while i was taking a test drive and issued a fine of £180 and 6 points as he was not fully aware of trade insurance power and suggested me to go to the court. now, i have sent it for court hearing.
my question is that is it going to come on crb report which will not allow me to get the job?
thanks in advance.

Re: CRB Check
the police asked me to provide the details of my mate who is also insured driver in order to find out the name of the insured driver from insurance company but i could not give him details and i was rushing for my prayer. then police decided to issue fine and suggested me to go to court.bringon4dayweeks wrote:why did he issue a fine ? if you were insured ? did you say you wanted to go to court ? if you are going court how can a policeman issue a fine and points thats down to the magistrastes in courtkaisar777 wrote:Hi there

No it probably won't as you won't have been convicted by then.kaisar777 wrote:Hi there

However, as we are a reportable occupation (the courts have to inform Royal Mail on convictions) and you will need time off work to attend - you had better inform someone ASAP.
