Missing Years?
Hi, having received my 2013 Benefit Illustration i've noticed my "Final Salary Service" is missing about 6-7 years, has this happened to anybody else? I've been at Royal Mail for 20 years and joined the pension shortly after but according to my pension plan i have only 11 years and 310 days.

The number of qualifying years can be lower than you actual service due to working part time or taking unpaid leave, but if this is not the case you will need to contact the pension service centre and tell them a mistake has been made.
A similar thing happened to me a few years ago and they put it right after they'd checked their records.
