Now then, Just had the 7 hour long 'Welcome day' today and officially start as a 'collections driver' tomorrow at the Leeds Mail Centre (Stourton).

Welcome to RMC, Being on collections better than being on deliveries. Are you full-time or part-time? There is no more full-time position within collections apparently!! :hmmmm

Cheers Cool. Yeah I'm 'Part time'. I've got my 'change over' test on the 28th so I'm just doubling up with other collection drivers at the moment.......It's VERY daunting thinking I'm going to be chucked on ANY collections route day to day etc!!!

As far as I am aware of you will have a fixed route Mon-Fri unless its different in your DO :hmmmm

I bloody hope so. It's my 4th day and I've been on 4 different routes so far....Some seem ALOT better/easier than others.

It's amazing how you can live in one place all your life (23 years) and not know half of the town centre.
