How does the "Return to Sender" process work?

Post by Rocky89 »

Long story short, I wish to have a letter I mailed there a week ago returned to me. I am not from the UK, I don't know how Royal Mail works, but I would like my letter returned to me. How would that work?

As far as I am aware a letter would only be returned to you if Royal Mail couldn't deliver it for some reason e.g. signed mail and recipient not in and doesn't arrange for mail to be delivered on a different day or go to delivery office to collect, or if the recipient sent the letter unopened back to you labelled Return to Sender.

From reading your other posts I assume you are talking about getting Royal Mail to return the letter before it has been delivered. As far as I am aware there is no (legal) way to halt a letter mid journey and have it returned to sender

Basically, I do not trust the people who are getting the money, they have not replied to my e-mails, and so many things seem fishy to me. I sent 2 e-mails to two of their email addresses, so hopefully they can understand my issue.
