Hi,
Looking at PO career website there is a job posting for cutomer service consultant with a (Specific Event ) contract. What does it mean Specific Event contract?!
And if I apply for the position could I choose the hours to fit around my current postman job??
Many thanks for any input.

Re: Contract type
Its hard to explain without any more details but in general a "Specific Event" contract is a short term contract that ends when that event is finished, but not exclusively so.
It could be for covering when a branch is moving from one location to another. It could be to cover someone on Maternity leave - the possibilities are endless.

Re: Contract type
TBT is correct. Can I just add that being able to choose your hours in the way you mention is unlikely, but what you really need to do is contact recruitment and ask about the hours and the event type.
