I've been working for Royal Mail for about 2 months now and have only just heard about all this privatisation so does anyone know what the qualifying period is ?

i think i would be more worried about your job and t&cs than bribe shares

That's bribe shares that we may not even receive at all.

But to answer the question, there has been no clarification on many points in the announcement, so if privatisation goes ahead, I expect that these will be cleared up closer to the time.

Either take 100% share and take control over the company or don't take any share at all.
