If it comes to it.
£2 billion worth of shares.
The cwu need to man up and buy as many as it possibly can
Thoughts?
How many posties are in the union? How many of them could afford to send £1/week to the union which could pool the contributions and buy shares. (Said shares could either be the property of the union, or the contributing members. In the later case optionally with the union listed as the proxy for voting at AGMs and such like.) Reinvest any dividends that come along in more shares and sooner or later (okay, probably later) the Royal Mail is a wholly -owned subsidiary of the CWU!mandelsons_toenail wrote:I was hoping for realism.
