So the bad weather agreement says provide hot drinks before leaving the office,,why have we not got a hot weather agreement now we work longer days

Just walk in the shade! At noon! In the middle of a busy street! Drink plenty of fluids, but not too much because you might need to go to the loo. Wear a long sleeve shirt and long trousers to prevent sunburn, ignore the fact that you'll be boiling in your own sweat.

But seriously, wear a hat.Drink as much as you feel comfortable with, wear sunscreen and remember that it will be pi***ng down in a few weeks.

what office do you work in ive never heard of a bad weather agreement where they provide hot drinks

No but lets get real here skin cancer is real! ive asked my rep and royal mail about this lots of time's and they laugh

royal mail should supply sun cream! and even with sun cream on you are still at risk at peak times!
after all i get a wet jacket if it rain's. and water don't hurt! so why not sun cream.

ps and don't give the some people may be allergic to sun cream bullshit as far more people can die from skin cancer than sun cream.

I know we blame RM for most things but we can't blame them for people being stupid in the heat

What a stupid statement,if you get too hot at home you go inside same as on holiday,where can you go whilst on delivery?,plus whilst on holiday you are not pulling a heavy trolley about for 5 hours,
