Hello I'm currently moving around from different areas and was just wondering when you could to a new throw in is there any tips/help anyone has to not be to slow in throwing in?

You will be slow if you don't know the frame so don't worry about it. The manager should also know that as well, so they either pay you or give you assistance.

On complicated frames I always leave hard ones to find to one side, I usually spot them when I am not looking for them. Others suggest stacking in road order before throwing in - that may help

To get a duty permanently, apply for everyone that comes up even the stinkers, that's how I got mine.

Apply by asking the manager and/or filling out a form.

usually advertised on the noticeboard or by word of mouth.
