Manager told me as my absorb is only 9 houses i had to do the guys behind me cause he goes over and then it costs them money and i always finish early, i agreed and still finished my normal time, came back and finished D2D's for the week and left at half 2 with no sign of the other guy so guess he will still be booking! Oh and loads of parcels!
Hopefully tomorrows a better day..
Well done (or you are taking the whatsit)

What next make every one finish back at the office ?? and not go straight home from there delivery i can dream that we will all do the job properly, but it will never last.
I wonder if they will all start early next week ??

Had to return for me PDA, which I purposely left behind, as our locker guy was on the phone, back towards me..as if I didn't exist.
Oh well, their diesel.
Sweating buckets, then cool, then sweating, then...u get the picture.
Put D2D's but not holding my breath that the covering guy tomoz will deliver any.

First day back after a 2 week break. Nearly killed me but it's always easier going when I've got that 1 out of the way. Much busier than usual for a Monday. Bulk mailing from Nationwide filled the gaps nicely.

Re: The "How was your day" thread.
Nightmare of a day. Really heavy, didn't start posting until 10, on my own in the van in a semi-rural area I hardly know, 3 caravan sites with numbers all over the place and not in order & a building site with only half the houses occupied and no road name only plot numbers. About 30 parcels & packets half of which were slip lefts, had to bring a tray of post back and that was after going an hour over my time! I don't think they were very pleased and I felt a bit guilty but it wasn't humanly possible to get it done by 2!

Re: The "How was your day" thread.
Had some old bag come out and shout at me today. 'Oi!, I'm in!', 'I rang the bell twice and I could hear it what more could I do'. 'Well I'm in!' So I trot back with her packets, told her to get a new doorbell......'it is f***ing new and these parcels would've gone through the letter box'. 'No they won't.......try it' and then she pissed off indoors. She probably did'nt hear the doorbell because she was sat in the garden getting pissed/stoned. I love my new delivery

Re: The "How was your day" thread.
Very busy yesterday. As the boss has been under extreme pressure from above regarding extended delivery I decided to help him. By not doing the lapsing.
