Did my first full post-revision walk. Used a HCT. Took 4hrs and 5 minutes. I timed it on my phone and used the gps for speed and distance.

I don't feel any better than I did after doing an old walk.

14 bags of cut offs, specials/tracked - not even on our round to do - lots of rec's/d2d/tracked etc. Loadsa parcels, nobody in.

Humid in the sun/sticky...then a real cool wind off the sea.

Usual typical day really...

Friday and Saturday, both really busy. Took loads of stuff back on Saturday, it being a really important day for delivering the customers mail , found loads of them were out. Virgin Media bulk mailing came in on Saturday and filled the gaps nicely. Finished the day off by delivering parcels so a late finish. Off for 2 weeks now.

Delivered a roll of sellotape.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.
