No - I'd slept with his bitch.

Slightly easier for mail than yesterday although we got hammered on the packets. Sunny all day.

First day this year that it's been warm, the sun has shone and there was no rain. This was our day of summer. The joys of living in Scotland.

Mail and packets horrendous. Basically did two days worth today and had to book overtime to complete. Crap.

Got in to see about 6 trays of flats and no mech at all. Set in all the households to fill the time as packets were light too. Mech finally came in around 8:15, when most people start to bag up and leave. That pissed them off! had four trays of mech to set in and only 2 s/f' letters and 8 tracked parcels to add to delivery. Went to about 80% of the houses on delivery and got back about 5 mins before finishing time.

Usual comments about the sunny weather..
"aren't you lucky to be working in this", and "what a lovely day, enjoy the weather on delivery"

Never get that when the weather is crap, so I told them to stop washing the car as "you'll make it rain tomorrow!" [knowing full well that it will rain]

Busy playing catch up. Got home and then had to sort a few things out on the pc. Done a complete re install of Windows. Made 1 or 2 mistakes along the way as I'd never done it before. Spent plenty of time on the phone to Sky, then Microsoft. :arrrghhh :arrrghhh

Did you have a problem with your 'windows computer'? Because they told me that I had a problem and they fixed it for only £50 per week :nervous

No, I had a problem with it not recognizing desk top icons etc. A bit extreme but I figured a complete re install might do the trick. And it did. Microsoft never contacted me, but if they had I would have told them to shove it somewhere the sun don't shine.
