Hello everyone. I am writing in this forum to see if I could get some kind of help to resolve my problem
So on April 14th I had purchased a phone from Ebay. I live in lithuania (eastern europe), so we have no restrictions about that. The phone was sent via Royal Mail the next day (April 15th). I also got a tracking number to track the mail down. This is what I got:
15/04/13 21:01 DESPATCHABLE TOHWDC SIGNED FOR ROAD 2 EXETER MAIL CENTRE
15/04/13 20:46 COLLECTED EXETER MAIL CENTRE
Till now, nothing changed, and it is stuck on the despatch. What could be the problem?
Thank you

Re: Mail stuck on DESPATCHABLE
Have you checked on this site as well, it tends to be a bit more detailed...
http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
The only other thing is that it perhaps just wasn't scanned when it arrived, possibly due to workload and to speed up the process it's just been forwarded on without a scan. Have you also checked Lithuania's postal service's tracking page just in case?

I posted the 2 lines from the page which you sent me. And I checked my post office tracking page. Nothing there :)
EDIT: Also contacted the seller. He told me to wait for 7 - 14 days (counting from April 15th)

Re: Mail stuck on DESPATCHABLE
Yes, RM don't class it as a lost item until it's been 15 working days (so about 3 weeks).
You can always contact RM via Twitter (@RoyalMail) and see if they have anymore info on their systems? Unlikely though and they don't open again until tomorrow morning.
