Morning
I posted tickets to an address via special delivery 6 weeks ago, but the intended recipient has informed me that he has not received the tickets. I don't have the original tracking number, how can I check the status of the delivery?

They may be able to rustle up your number at the post office you sent it from.
Alternatively you could get in touch with the delivery office that covers the customers address and ask them.
I take it you didn't email the number to the punter?
