Enter your tracking number into that white box, don't click on anything else besides the red "track item" button...

can anyone tell me how long an international tracking number would stay on the rm tracking system for'just asked my local p/o here in my country and was told 8 months,so there is no way from my side to see if the item was signed for or not.

Re: help asap needed as to give info to ebay

Post by iona2004 »

hi last week i wrote saying about an item that i was told was there (langley) then not there the next day.item had a tracking number but as i have been told the tracking does not carry on once in the uk. plus after 8 months it is no longer in use in my home country (european)have been on to ebay 3 times this week they want evidence to see if the item was posted delivered to the buyer.i have a copy of the paper work and the original postal slip for reg post with name etc on slip what i will need is anything from the uk postal service to say it was delivered.can anyone point me in the right direction please.the sooner i get the info the quicker ebay might move there fingers...
cheers

Have you tried contacting RM on Twitter (@RoyalMail) to ask them if they still have a record on their database at all? They might have more access to other stuff than us on here.
