new boss in st area

anyone heard of this new boss apparently came from gloucester area has been kicking ass in the st area suspended a few doms
so the rumour mill goes for swearing got rid of the dom at longton and moved one in from another unit in the st area
any st posties heard anything as he had dealings with the burslem boys

If it's DeVaney(don't know if thats how it's spelt) he seems to be deliberately putting bully boys into problem offices. We got McCann and Longton got Bubble (M.Hall) doesn't seem to be having any effect in our office except increasing the chance of a walkout

We're just digging in even more now.

ive also heard today they are going to push for a later start time in the st area these clowns are really pissing us about at the moment
all we want to do is give a good service to the public and do the job but if they start us later the customer will suffer
i think its going to kick off in the next 2 weeks big time

The boss who was removed from Longton was at his own request so I was told and he is now working at Stoke DO as a boss. Two managers from Kidsgrove have been suspended and many managers have been moved around.

You are right about the bully tactic style management being pursued thoughout the ST area at the moment though. It is as if they want trouble.

Last night at My WTL the manager told us that the later starts will be starting in August!

Things are not looking good at the moment.

What ever happened to RM promoting the anti bullying campaign etc, Preach one thing and do the total oposite.

Demarco is one of the biggest bullies going and his henchmen close behind.

We have to stand up to the bully tactics though and remind them who it is that get the mail out the door.

The DOM who removed himself from Longton had been there for 10 years and he has screwed the office up. He downgraded himself because he knew there are no more savings to be made and the Longton Rep went into disagreement on every savings he tried to make.

He's bought it on himself

ive heard a story that de marcos name was made up by himself his real name is john smith or something
while he was a postie in leicester he was a hippy and went missing for 12 months came back as the italian stallion
