Perhaps its fallen foul of the "bloackade" over the Falkland Islands (Malvinas).

In all seriousness we can't tell you any more than the tracking system does, once it leaves the UK we rely on the destination postal service carrying out the delivery and updating the system. I guess in this case Argentina Post hasn't done so.

if you select under Int Incoming rather than outgoing it scans the argentinian postal service to see if they confirm it has been recieved and they have:

But them says that the item not arrive yet.
When the item arrived they assign another tracking number (local tracking).

then you need to contact the sender, it wouldnt appear on their tracking system unless they had actually received it.
