Re: Item delayed to Argentina
Perhaps its fallen foul of the "bloackade" over the Falkland Islands (Malvinas).
In all seriousness we can't tell you any more than the tracking system does, once it leaves the UK we rely on the destination postal service carrying out the delivery and updating the system. I guess in this case Argentina Post hasn't done so.
If it has been sent by sea my jest may actually be the reason http://www.royalmail.com/service-update/international" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Re: Item delayed to Argentina
using the website http://www.track-trace.com/post" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
if you select under Int Incoming rather than outgoing it scans the argentinian postal service to see if they confirm it has been recieved and they have:
Resultados de la consulta para la pieza: RJ634803025GB
Fecha
País
Oficina
Evento
Motivo
Acción
2013-02-22 13:40
UNITED KINGDOM
Send item abroad (EDI-received)
Cantidad de movimientos: 1
Imprimir
Realizar otra consulta
I would either contact them or contact the sender to make a claim on the item

When the item arrived they assign another tracking number (local tracking).
Thanks.

Re: Item delayed to Argentina
then you need to contact the sender, it wouldnt appear on their tracking system unless they had actually received it.ramz4 wrote:yes, that are the same i posted before (data from local mail).zx135 wrote:using the website http://www.track-trace.com/post" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
