You should always have a dog bite cleaned and sterilised and any dead skin removed by a professional.
Dogs carry loads of bacteria in their mouth and if the wound closes before the infection sets in you can be in serious trouble.

Yes I agree he should have had it seen to. Another guy I work with was also bitten last year and an infection set in and he was off work for a while.

Really easy day, only knocked on 2 doors and didn't leave any slips. Posted a letter to a Mr Patrick Swayze, somehow I find it hard to believe that's his real name though.
