Hello,
Firstly,i would like to thank everyone for a great site, full of Information.
I have been waiting for a parcel to arrive from Ukraine,i have tracked it to Heathrow,[2.3.13] i have also confirmed with customs, that they do not have it.
Any ideas on when it will start to move from Heathrow, and when i should start to get worried,if it does not turn up.
I should add,i have had many parcels delivered over the years, from the former Soviet Union, and have never had this problem before.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Regards,
Russ.

Russ.HWDC seems to be a bit of a bermuda triangle at least for a short time. If it hasn't arrived within the timescale set by the sender, then they need to put in a claim for a lost item with their postal service and sort the matter out for you.
I contacted The Royal Mail Customer Service Dept, today, they informed me that they would not launch any stolen/lost investigation until after 25.3.13,so will try to be patient and contact the seller in Ukraine and get him,[hopefully] to contact his local Postal service to put in a claim, after that date.
Many Thanks ,once again.
Regards,
Russ.

Re: Re;Mail Stuck At Heathrow
I delivered a packet today that was posted in the US on 13th Feb so I wouldn't really worry too much, all international mail does seem to be taking weeks now as before it would be days.
