hello could you please tell me what the pay rates are for mail centre workers and are there any shift payments or bonus payments thanks in advance for any replys

AFAIK the only difference between MC and DO wages is the Processing Supplement, DOs have the Delivery Supplement instead which is a different amount. Lorry drivers (anything from '600s' and bigger come under logistics and the 'professional drivers' thing so they probably have different supplements and pay rates to MC (processing) and DOs

The shift allowances would be the same as in DOs. You are more likely to be on a late shift in a MC, and the shift allowance for a late duty ending after 21.45 is about £45pw (in London - might be less elsewhere). The night shift allowance is more, but I don't know how much that is.
