A big hello to everyone.
I would just like to introduce myself. I am a family man who is in his 60's and has lived in the urmston area for around 45 years. I use the post office in urmston and I believe and feel that we have a good postal service and that the people who work for the post service are doing a great service to the community.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Thank's Gerard. I have recently joined the Royal Mail at Urmston and now know the posties here always try there best for their customers and that they always appreciate kind comments like yours.
