Newbie with a problem :(

Post by Nessrow »

Hey All,

I recently went through the whole interview process with RM after applying straight of their website, got through all the stages, including security checks all passed within 5 days.

Now the job I applied for was at my local office, all the emails Ive had off them all say my local office, then this morning I got my employment offer email off them and its no longer my local office (lanark) they offer is for Glasgow South East?
Little confused as I was under the impression from the interview and the other emails I would be working In lanark where i live not this place which is a 2 hour drive away?

At a loss as what to do?

contact them - it may just be human error that has put the wrong office in the email.

Ive sent an email back to them asking why its been changed from lanark to glasgow cos no offence a 2 hour drive every morning isnt my idea of fun.

if they dont reply to the email the only number i have is for the manager at Lanark could I call that or is there a other number im not aware of?

Thanks for the quick reply :D

Give the a day or 2 to answer, unless your starting soon - but I would approach the Manager at Lanark and just get his confirmation - he should know if you are starting there - but do it after 10am and before 2pm - before 10am they are busy getting the mail out after 2pm they are usually finished.
