can some one please help me!! I am very keen to join the royal mail group. I have completed both tests-which say complete. I have completed my details, and above top left of page it has been saying 'test pending' for over two weeks now. :/ I have not recieved email for telephone test.
I am very confused! can someone please put my mind at rest, or guide me in the right direction if I have done something wrong. When i call HR or Email them its machine and no one to talk to or wrong email address.

I waited for 3 weeks after completing the tests until I got an email informing me of the next stage.
