If you haven't got one or one quits you can get the union to do a ballot.
We did one in our office last year and the union haven't done a thing about it and we still haven't got a rep. I was the only one who applied. We did the union rep ballot at the same time and that was sorted out. I just get fobbed off by the union rep and mail centre union people. Our office is quite a small one so they're not that bothered about us.
