Unless RM came up with a system that reduces the amount of post at Christmas then no, there will always be too much work for the regular staff to cope with..........at least in the MCs

In my opinion I think its likely to increase RM use of casual labour throughout the year. I think they will pare us to the bone so much that they can only cope on the quietest of days and they will use an on-call pool of trained casual workers to cover the excess. Oh wait they do that already
