why are there workers who seem to dispise the union yet claim to be ante management as well surely you cant be both

cackhill hello and welcome,and yes you can be both i have little or no respect for the union at area or national level but i certainly am not pro adam and all and will never work through strikes
sorry mate there you go its because we are all individuals and see things our own way,as long as you dont let down the man at the side of you that is what counts

Brothers dont be too hard on the on the higher levels of the CWU they are on your side and i know sometimes you might not agree with things they do or say like every one else there not perfect however they are fighting your corner and at the moment we need all the fire power we can get to fight Royal Mail Im part of GM Amal and the Area and Divisional Reps are excellent i have had many a battle with management and known i have had full backing when needed

The other option is if your unhappy with any rep when it comes to re election use your vote wiseley
